Enterprise/Cloud Vendor Governance & Compliance Manager
**Job Description:** + The Cloud Marketing Strategy & Operations organization is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations partner across Client’s Cloud Marketing. + The client is looking for a Vendor Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing a global team of 20 vendors who support approximately 600 marketers across various regions, ensuring smooth operations in opening purchase orders and handling procurement processes for marketing services. + Managing the relationship with external vendors, ensuring that they meet performance standards and service level agreements (SLAs), while providing ongoing feedback to improve performance and resolve any issues as they arise. **Responsibilities:** + Overseeing vendor capacity planning to ensure that the 20 vendors can effectively support the marketing team’s needs, aligning with the budget and operational demands for the year. + Ensuring clear governance and compliance in vendor management, particularly in relation to procurement processes, and working with vendors to address any concerns or issues that impact the smooth execution of the budget and spending. + Refining and documenting vendor-related procurement processes, policies, and governance, with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlined systems. + Additionally, this role focuses on optimizing procurement processes through process improvement, enhanced governance, and systems development. + Partner and liaise with Client’s Cloud Marketing Budget Management Lead, Cloud Marketing Finance, and Deal Desk to ensure 100% budget spend is utilized and any kind of procurement / SOW related issues / blockers are resolved. + Strengthen, refine, and document underlying procurements processes, policies, and governance and enhance the systems and tools to optimize Client’s Cloud Marketing procurement processes. **Mandatory:** + 5+ years working in Finance, management consulting, or related fields. + Strong work experience with Vendor Management and Vendor Relationships. + Strong work experience with Budget and Spend Management. + Strong understanding of typical business procurement and compliance processes (e.g., opening purchase orders and invoice reconciliation). + Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations. + Excellent influencing and senior stakeholder management skills. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
