The Enterprise Business Development Rep will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities with prospects and add-on opportunities with current customers related to our solutions in support of the revenue sales organization.  By working in an assigned territory with sales partners, you will engage with prospects and clients through aggressive list prospecting, marketing leads, and industry events.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

Developing new opportunities with prospects within an assigned territory Developing Enterpirse add-on opportunities with current clients within an assigned territory Qualifying leads from marketing as sales opportunities Having productive and meaningful collaborations with sales partners to identify targeted organizations for our solutions Setting up executive meetings between new and existing clients with your sales partners from multiple lead sources Staying up to date with market trends, new products/services, and new pricing/payment plans Ensuring data integrity in Salesforce Traveling occassionally to industry events, tradeshows, and our corporate office Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Business Development

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: 

3+ years business development/sales experience with a documented track record of success -or- equivalent experience in a clinical or healthcare setting Confidence to prospect and develop new leads Strong presentation skills in a virtual environment Ambition to perform in a fast-paced, sales-orientated environment Customer centric focus Experience with WebEx, Microsoft Teams (video conferencing) for client meetings Active listening skills assess prospect/client needs and opportunities Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit regarding our business and team Knowledge of Salesforce.com and other related tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Health (preferred) Ability to work remote or in-office Travel up to 20% to industry events, tradeshows, and our corporate office (if remote)

 

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 

 

 

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities.  Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour/50 miles commute).  You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
