Kforce has an exciting role in downtown Houston, TX for an experienced Enterprise Architect Manager. This is hybrid, with three days onsite (T, W, TH). Summary: The Enterprise Architect Manager is responsible for leading a team of enterprise architects, domain architects, solutions architects, and platform architects to define and implement the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and governance. This role oversees the development of architectural blueprints and ensures alignment with business objectives and technology standards. The Enterprise Architect Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate collaboration and innovation, ensuring that architectural practices are consistent and effective. Duties: * Lead and mentor a diverse team of architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment * Serve as a bridge between enterprise, domain, platform, and solution architects to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy * Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, emphasizing cloud solutions, applications, data, and security * Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all technology implementations * Lead architectural reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and enterprise policies * Manage the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and other governance structures to oversee architectural compliance * Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the enterprise technology landscape and roadmap * Drive the innovation process and support the development of minimum viable products (MVPs) to demonstrate value to stakeholders
