About the OpportunityDMI, LLC is seeking a Enterprise Architect to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the government in the development of an enterprise-level architectural framework and establishing a model to implement delivery of enterprise-level information technology services and products utilizing a Shared Service approachLeading the development of National Weather Service (NWS) enterprise architecture governance in order to establish standards for processes, data, systems, security, and information technologiesConducting gap analysis and developing a strategic roadmap to achieve the future-state, including both short-term and long-term plansAiding the ACIO with drafting, updating, and maintaining multi-year strategic plansAssessing current organizational strategies and coordinating with executive leadership to ensure NWS mission and strategic goals alignment to higher-level strategiesLeading the assessment of the current-state and future-state reference architecture that supports NWS IT strategies and prioritiesLeading the development of performance measures related to IT strategyLeading the project management of all enterprise architecture supportLeading the creation of blueprints, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for the future of the NWS IT architectureUnderstanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the clientDemonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support QualificationsEducation and Years of Experience:
Masters or Bachelors Degree +2 additional years of professional experienceMinimum Experience & Skills20 or more years of professional experienceMust be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to pass a background check5 years of experience in Enterprise ArchitectureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Attention to Details
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) CertificationCloud Service Provider (CSP) CertificationProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification
