We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to oversee and manage the operations of our existing Enterprise Sales and Affordable Access Programs. How can you make an impact? The Enterprise Account Specialist implements and manages the operational functions that enable our Affordable Access Programs to be delivered at over 1500 Colleges nationwide. The EAS implements strategies and processes that result in the growth, maintenance, and protection of our Affordable Access Revenue. You will be overseeing and driving the accuracy and integrity of Enterprise Sales offerings. You will serve as the liaison both externally and internally for our Affordable Access Operations. Your critical thinking, organizational, analytical and relationship building skills will help ensure the excellence of our current and future Affordable Access Institutional Partnerships. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enterprise Account Specialists, your work will help build the future of learning. This is a fully remote role and all candidates but be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. What you will be doing: Own and manage the relationship with our outside bookstore partners. Reply to customer inquiries with individualized communications on matters of moderate importance and complexity to foster on-going positive relationships. Build customized tracking worksheet for each account; maintain accurate pricing, product specifications, and delivery of Affordable Access offerings. Calculate customer-specific pricing utilizing established margins. Perform root cause analysis on issues that arise on customer accounts and bring the issue to a successful resolution. Responsible for requesting codeless offers, maintaining the delivery of these offers, and triaging and facilitating solutions when issues arise. Manage updates to products, pricing, and delivery as well as auditing information provided by outside partners to ensure accuracy and protection of MHE Revenue. A successful candidate will have: Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems, resolve issues and thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment. Ability to build and maintain strong external and internal relationships and manage and oversee a large amount of data associated with Enterprise Sales. 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Implementation consultant is desired. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a general understanding of the Higher Education market. Strong verbal and written communication skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience & superb Excel skills. The pay for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually, however, base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
