About the Team
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Managed Service Provider team, consisting of 11 dedicated individuals spread across the EMEA region. You will report to the Director of MSP, EMEA. The work setup at Nutanix is primarily remote, allowing employees the flexibility to work from the comfort of their homes or any location of their choosing. While remote work is encouraged, there will be a need to visit the office for team meetings, collaborative sessions, or special projects. Travel is also a part of the job requirement, as you will need to visit clients,  attend events within the EMEA region and travel for training in the USA. Your Role   Drive activities and initiatives to achieve revenue and pipeline goals to and with the MSP partners.Build a true partnership with MSP, act as their champion across Nutanix and evangelize Nutanix within the partner.Own, develop and execute business plans covering relationship building, joint solution development, go-to-market, enablement, and more.Create the proper commercial constructs and own the business governance for your partners.Persuade Nutanix and partner teams to go to market using best practices jointly.Define and track business metrics and conduct regular business reviews and executive briefings with Nutanix and MSP partners.Achieve revenue goals and pipeline goals for futureCollaborate with various stakeholders within Nutanix and MSP organizations, to execute the business planTrack/create pipeline, and close deals by partnering with the MSP partner field & Nutanix fieldEnable partner stakeholders by educating on Nutanix value proposition, use casesFacilitate the proper commercial constructs for partnersRelationship management and stakeholders’ management across the board.Focus on long-term strategy while handling tactical business activities.Build/Nurture trust and empathy between organizationsWork closely with Nutanix and MSP partner teams (Sales, Practice, COE, Marketing…) to drive joint solutions, pipeline and marketing of the same & PR associated What You Will Bring      Experience demonstrating a strong level of expertise in building a business with and through Managed Service Providers (MSPs)Well-organized with a track record of developing and consistently executing on focused plans.Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with all levels of an organisation.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to inspire others to act without using explicit authority.Knowledgeable about infrastructure and cloud solutions, IT services management, end-user computing, databases, and more.Strategic thinker and problem solver and the ability to plan and play out different scenarios to maximise growth.Hands-on and can-do “does what it takes” attitude to drive success.Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrityThis position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
