Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage and grow existing enterprise-level customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for their transportation needs Identify and develop new business opportunities at the enterprise-level through research, prospecting, and outbound calling Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system (Salesforce) Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to stay up-to-date on market trends and competition Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level account management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing enterprise-level accounts Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
