The Enrollment Services Specialist is responsible for strengthening and improving operations within BYU-Pathway Worldwide Student Services, especially regarding admissions, enrollment, student records and registration, and exceptions. This position oversees a team that processes enrollments and maintains student accounts. The Enrollment Services Specialist is a key content expert for subjects related to the PathwayConnect experience (e.g., admission applications, decision processing, student records and registration, LMS management, portal experience, etc.)

The Enrollment Services Specialist will account for the performance and productivity of the Enrollment Services team. They will oversee policies and procedures, and develop and coordinate department relations within and outside of BYU-Pathway Worldwide. The Enrollment Services Specialist will provide comprehensive Level 2 enrollment services to increase the services offered by Level 1 and Level 0 solutions.

Important: This position requires a professional capable of managing teams and problem-solving. 2-3 years of experience and in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. This full-time temporary position typically works Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Frequent evening work and travel may be required to accommodate working with a worldwide student population.
