We are currently hiring for an organized individual with strong attention to details to join our team as an Enrollment Services Coordinator at Joyce University. This full-time position is located on our campus in Draper, UT. The Enrollment Services Coordinator’s primary role is to coordinate administrative functions of the school’s admissions department in the recruitment and enrollment of students.

Monitors acceptance of newly enrolled studentsUpdates and monitors All Programs Points Excel Spreadsheets to include tracking Financial Aid Packaging, Drug Screen Results, and Background screen resultsProctors TEAS testing for remote and on campus studentsCoordinates with Admissions Advisors to ensure all applications are complete including signatures and datesUpdates all program emails that are sent to students, to include enrollment, cancelations, and acceptance noticeEnters and assigns new leads when neededEnsures admissions files are complete and accessibleAssigns Joyce University emails in SIS for all accepted students, creates a list for IT to create student emailsReceive and analyze all student high school and University transcripts from other institutions, verify level, content and grading system. Evaluate transcripts for official and accreditation requirementsCreates and distributes lists of accepted students to Program Directors/Departments as requestedServes as the first back-up for the front deskServes as a back-up for reporting purposesResponsible for meeting minutes and posting on SharePointMeet with Admissions Reps weekly to calibrate prior to scrub on pipelinesCreation and auditing of new students’ files to ensure they meet all admissions/program requirements.Keeps department calendar by making appointments for Admissions Advisors and for student entrance examsServes as the back-up for admissions testingAttend and actively participate in school functions, including but not limited to: receptions, marketing events, graduations, in-service training, advisory committees, etc. Provide communication to student and staff regarding results of transcript evaluationAssist with registrationOther duties as assigned RequirementsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Salary Description $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
