Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Enrollment Processing Coordinator. - Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Oversees the export and upload of files to the university’s document management system. Implements advanced quality control testing from Electronic Data Exchange (SPEEDE/FASTER). Where necessary, data enters transcripts and test scores, foreign and domestic. Ensures accuracy and integrity of data for internal/external reporting.
Develop professional email correspondence and canned responses to communicate effectively with applicants, internal and external colleagues, and administrators (Registrar, University Advising, NACES Evaluation Agencies, etc.). Acts as a primary point of contact for complex issues.
Prepares and analyzes detailed reports for transcripts, test scores, and other application materials. Utilizes data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Prepares data reports for FL BOG reports each term.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues related to student information and the integrity of documents. Investigate and report suspected falsified credentials to the Director of Operations.
Facilitates student workers' utilization of scanning and image capture technologies to streamline operational workflows and enhance efficiency.
Attends regular training on using Slate CRM, OnBase Document Imaging and collaborates with IT and other departments on new technologies and processes.
Interprets and applies SUS Articulation Coordinating Council (ACC) articulation rules when reviewing transfer credits, credit by exam, and clock hours as written in regulation. Ensures accurate and fair assessment of credits.
Participates in team efforts for recruitment events, answers phones, supports the front lobby, and assists prospective students/families as needed.
Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Director or Associate Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required; or a master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytic and interpretation skills.
The ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment, critically think and troubleshoot, as well as attention to detail are critical in this position.
