Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with daily activities, including personal care, feeding, and mobility. Monitor and record residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team. Administer medications as prescribed, and assist with medical treatments. Build strong relationships with residents, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver the best care possible. Requirements:
