Looking for an Engineering Technician to assemble and test complex mechanical/electrical systems in a cleanroom environment., supporting process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives, and quality improvements. Top 3 Must-Have Skills: + Blueprint reading + Mechanical skills + Electrical skills Key Responsibilities: + Assemble and test products according to specifications. + Identify and report production issues. + Support problem-solving and process improvements. + Manufacture and deliver complex systems. + Resolve technical problems and guide team members. + Contribute to pilot and volume production. + Develop and improve processes and documentation. + Evaluate new procedures before implementation. + Suggest product improvements. + Gain knowledge of products and systems. + Share expertise and promote teamwork. + Coordinate production activities and monitor progress. + Manage tools, materials, and equipment usage. Skills and Qualifications: + Technical Skills: Assembly skills, Electrical skills, Electronics knowledge, Hand tool usage, Mechanical skills, Schematic reading, Test equipment usage, Troubleshooting + Engineering and Process Improvement: Engineering, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, Process improvement, Prototype development, Testing + Education and Experience: + AS or BS Degree preferred (Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemical) or equivalent experience + Manufacturing internship or co-op experience + Lean Manufacturing Training (e.g., Intro to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM) preferred Shift Options: + 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Mon-Fri with a 10% shift differential. + 3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 6:30am, Sun-Thurs with a 15% shift differential. + CWW Days D1: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6AM to 6PM), Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (every other Wed). + CWW Nights N1: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6PM to 6AM), Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (every other Wed). + CWW Nights N2: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6PM to 6AM), Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (every other Wed). Work Environment: + Cleanroom environment. + Training for all shifts will be 2 weeks on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm onsite. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
