Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and coordinating planning, developing scopes of work (SOW) and/or Performance Work Statements (PWS) and assist Engineering with the same. Establish responsibilities and set expectations for contractors. Control and manage the project budgets and schedules. Serve as the Project Manager responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned facilities projects. Responsible overall for contracts assigned from inception through final inspection and acceptance. Provide system control, oversight, data entry, repair history, analysis and documentation of the ongoing maintenance control program for equipment including electrical and mechanical operating equipment, machinery, miscellaneous tools. Education Additional Information Position may be filled as a Term Appointment NTE 13 months. Term appointments may be extended beyond of six (6) years, up to eight (8) years. With DoD approval, Term appointments may be extended beyond eight (8) years.
