Automotive Engineering Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Technician who is passionate about the Automotive industry. The role involves assisting the Studio Engineer in building fully functional prototype vehicles. There is a clear growth path into a Studio Engineering position from this role without the need of an Engineering degree.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize Catia for designing vehicle models.Build fully functional prototype vehicles.Fabricate and weld as needed.Assist engineers with the design and manufacturability of the vehicle.Keep workspace clean and organized, knowing where all items are located.Communicate effectively with team.Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of Catia2+ years of experience in the Automotive industryWillingness to learn and excitement about the Automotive industryWork Environment

The work setting will be within a Design Studio

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00
