This individual will be required to perform engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.
Major Position Responsibilities Assists engineers and scientists as they create, modify, and test products and processes. Supports with technical tasks and project support. Sets up equipment and monitors tests and experiments. Inspects products and processes for flaws and identifies areas of improvement. Observes results, collects data, and compiles summaries and reports.Performs extensive research and development during creation phase of product.Utilizes computer-aided design and drafting equipment during design phase.Basic Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 3-5 years’ experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/ or ExperiencePreferred Education and Experience: Associate's DegreeDiscipline/Major: Technical training preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Technical expertise. Ability to understand and follow directions. Design expertise. Mathematical skills. Engineering Support. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Software.
