Our Nuclear Service Group is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for Brown Ferry Nuclear Power Plant locations in Athens, AL and Watts Bar Nuclear Plant located in Spring City, TN. This position provides daily interactions with the Client and the ENERCON offices. 

Responsibilities Prepare and/or review design change packages and other engineering deliverablesCoordinate attendance at design review meetingsCoordinate site deliverable reviews and approvalsPerform/assist with walk-downs and data gatheringTrack project schedules and resource loadingPerform pre-job safety briefsDevelop/identify new business opportunitiesLead weekly client interface/project status meetings and providing other on-site support, as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industryStrong communication skillsProject Management experience beneficialDesign Engineering or field experience beneficialAbility to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policiesAbility to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
