Engineering Project Team Lead

Summary:
Manage project schedules, develop processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support system integration tasks for customer requests in high-tech vertical growth markets.

Requirements:

Experience in project schedule management for high-tech manufacturing

Background in process development and implementation

Knowledge of engineering design, specifications, and system integration

Experience leading engineering teams, including engineers, designers, and lab technicians

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Design To Order (DTO) processes

Familiarity with special parts, processes, and design availability for custom projects

Knowledge of chiller design and manufacturing

Strong background in technical documentation creation and updates

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules for customer requests in high-tech vertical growth markets

Collaborate with the DTO team to create and refine the Air Cooled DTO process

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of special parts, processes, and designs for unique projects

Work closely with DTO and customer service teams to meet customer needs

Complete system integration tasks, including engineering design, specifications, layout creation, and design reviews

Provide leadership to engineering teams, ensuring efficient project execution

Track and manage upcoming DTO jobs to ensure timely completion

Coordinate build dates with the customer service team to align with customer expectations

Update and create technical documents to accompany chillers at shipment

Assist in the design of chillers as needed

Pay: 40-48

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
