Honeywell Aerospace Technologies is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Controller Center of Excellence (CCOE). The CCOE is dedicated to developing cutting-edge Electronic Control products for Air & Thermal Systems and Life Support Systems across various aviation segments, including military, air transport, regional, and business aircraft. Our key customers encompass industry giants such as Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, Dassault, Hurjet, and Lockheed Martin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on Environmental Controls, electronic hardware, and software within the Controller organization.

·         Oversee the design, development, and certification of Control Systems Products, managing project scope, schedules, and budgets.

·         Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver technical expertise and support customer-focused projects.

·         Develop and communicate product/design strategies aligned with company goals.

·         Engage with customers to translate system requirements into design specifications, fostering strong relationships.

·         Manage project responsibilities, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance with clear objectives and metrics.

·         Ensure compliance with Engineering Standard design practices and drive process improvements.

·         Oversee departmental budgets, conduct employee performance reviews, and enhance the team’s technical capabilities.

YOU MUST HAVE

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience in Engineering fields such as Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Software.

·         Applicable experience in electronic equipment development and testing.

·         Proven leadership experience in engineering roles whether directly or indirectly.

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
