This position reports to

Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Lead engineering team within a local division/product group. Provide strategic direction, leadership, management, and coordination of the engineering function within a local division/local product group. Initiate, coordinate, drive and oversee team development and continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen the engineering and design capability. Drive team's performance to ensure assigned engineering operations are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability targets and scheduling targets.
