Role Definition : Manager – Engineering – Cab Systems.

Responsibilities:

Strong working experience in Product design, development and strong problem solving skills. 
 Very well versed with technologies, components, systems, products and services selection for Cab systems and its components
 Subject Matter Expert in respective area -  Defines Specs,  components selection and development.  
 Manages Engineers development, and performance management for engineering teams; motivating and developing right talent.
 Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to Cab Systems and its components for New Product Introduction and Improving Current Product Quality.
 Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
  Maintaining product release plans and material selection plans; driving programs to on time completion, with high quality expectation and within budget.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
 Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
 Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
 Collaborating Globally: Knowledge of effective collaboration techniques and ability to build networks with people from different countries and cultures, think and work with them to bring positive impact and flourishing business results.
 Managing People: Knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams, and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace.

Qualification :

A master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or Material Science.6 Sigma Black Belt Certified.

Experience :

•         Minimum 20 years
