We are looking for an Engineering Manager with 15 years of experience in the mining industry.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager and have 8 direct reports to you.
Therefore, it is crucial to have impeccable people skills, extensive knowledge of the production environment, and know how to achieve optimal tons while promoting a constructive work environment.

To be a successful candidate you will need:
– Diploma in Production/Operations Management/Mining Engineering
– Ability to work under pressure
– Hands-on Management skills
– Drivers license
