DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong platform mindset to lead the Consumer Client Platform team. This team’s mission is to solve DoorDash’s top engineering challenges across three pillars: quality, reliability, and developer productivity. With the toolset and platform we build, we empower engineers to build high-performant, reliable, modern, and testable products across iOS, Android and Web.
About the RoleAs the manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled senior mobile and web engineers to build the next-gen platforms to power the future of DoorDash. You will be partnering with many cross-functional partners from analytics, product, design and infrastructure teams to improve the performance, reliability and core architecture of our consumer apps. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of the team charter.

CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
