Under the guidance of experienced staff, the successful candidate will support the design of overhead transmission lines, structures, foundations, and their related facilities. **Required Education/Experience** + Pursuit of a university degree in structural, or electrical engineering or other related discipline. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Candidate is interested in consulting engineering and the electric utility industry. + Candidate is legally authorized to work permanently in Canada without the need for work sponsorship. **Desired Education/Experience** + Minimum of a 3.3 GPA. + Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills will be critical for successful completion of tasks. + Ideal preparatory coursework can include Excel, Word, steel design, foundation design, and T-Line electrical topics.. + Previous engineering design or drafting work experience, especially if related to electrical and/or structural engineering, is desirable.
