Assignments are intended to provide entry‐level experience and training related to the degree discipline and in Parker business structure, operational functions, customers, and products. + Acquire knowledge of various department operations, functions, responsibilities and work flow. + Complete well‐defined work assignments and actively participate in hands‐on projects and/or special assignments. Learn and become proficient at systems and procedures applicable to work assignments and functional area. + Maintain communication with team leader to include feedback on assignments, scheduling, and program improvements. Immediate work mentorship may be assigned to an experienced team member. + Perform other related responsibilities. + Enrolled in university coursework toward a college degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. + Demonstrated proficiency electronics laboratory equipment; working knowledge of Altium PCB; working knowledge of digital circuit design; fundamental LabVIEW programming skills; fundamental Semiconduction Devices/Power electronics knowledge. + Ability to work effectively in a variety of administrative, technical and manufacturing assignments. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all contacts. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
