Assist in the interpretation, planning, and execution of reliability and maintainability requirements under the guidance of senior engineers on various government and commercial contracts. Perform analysis of failure data and development of corrective and preventative fleet maintenance planning. Participate in discussions on redesign alternatives to mitigate failures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Student is working towards bachelor’s degree in engineeringAdvanced mathematical and statistics backgroundData Analytics experienceThis is a summer position. Student must be willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the Summer of 2025 (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Oshkosh, WI).Graduation date of December 2025 or later.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

A strong mathematical backgroundExperience in reliability & maintainability engineeringWorking knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematicsPrior experience working on or with complex vehicle systems or machineryExperience with Microsoft Access tools, VBA coding, Data base managementExperience with PTC products including Windchill, Creo, and Windchill Quality SolutionsExperience with Reliability and Maintainability Software (WRR, JAMES, MADE, etc)
