We offer an entry to an exciting professional career in Engineering in the best global consumer goods company. As an Engineering Intern, you will be leading the technical part of a capital project – new technology implementation or development of new engineering solutions or improvement of engineering systems and operations. This scope will include:

Project scope and success criteria set up

Project team build and kick-off

Technical and design basis establishment and alignment with experts

Best value analysis execution

Project design specification and execution plan creation

Project-related change management process leadership

Project budget estimation and alignment with sponsors

Project risk assessment

Contractors’ management

The internship will last approximately 6 months. During the internship, you will work on real projects and develop real business solutions. You will be surrounded by a multifunctional team of experienced P&G managers to guide you and equip you for success.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary 80 000 RUB gross

Free lunch on the territory of the plant

Shuttle bus from Moskovskaya subway station

Job Qualifications

3+ year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)

STEM academic background is preferable

Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical capabilities

Critical thinking, operational discipline, and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

Willingness to learn and flexibility
