The Role of Engineering Coordinator:

At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid we are seeking for an engineering coordinator (temporary contract) to join our team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position is essential in coordinating administrative tasks and projects within the department.

What you will do

Write purchase orders and receiving goods.Contact vendors and contractors to ask quotations and schedule visits.Coordinate HotSos and other repairs.Manage departmental documentation.Assist in developing departmental policies and manuals.

What you bring

Excellent administrative and multitask skills.Strong communications skills to communicate effectively issues related to engineering is important.Previous experience in administrative experience.Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.
