Performs administrative duties in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) System by maintaining records that ensures Operations has documentation needed to produce parts.  Assists sales in making sure orders are entered into ERP System correctly.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies: 

Works with Quality and Engineer Manager to make changes to Bill of Material’s in ERP system.

Works with Quality and Engineering Manager to make necessary changes to production drawings.

Works with Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to create new items in ERP.

Works with Sales to produce pricing for quotes and that BOM’s are created according to PO and specification requirements.

Other duties as assigned.
