Perform product/system verification and validation, manage test schedules, ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), and improve production processes.

Responsible for maintaining, modifying and improving test systems 

Responsible for improving test yield and reduce machine downtime 

Upgrade and improve test system hardware, fixture and software 

Perform System Preventive Maintenance, calibration and correlation 

Troubleshoot system to component level 

Analyze and resolve test rejects and system related failures 

Participate in cost improvement programs 

Undertake technical / special assignment 

Design & develop test system, software, jigs/fixtures and responsible for 

System Setup 

Propose solution and solve fixture and mechanical problems 

Prepare document drawings of fixture and mechanical parts drafting 

Propose and produce new flexible design and drawing 

Ensure test changes are processed according to the CM2 

Follow-up on all test issues until closure 

Resolve major line problem timely to consistently meet the equipment uptime goal 

Completing of assignment / project within targeted time 

Decide if the reject is product or test system related 

Assist Supervisor in deciding the disposition when there is electrical reject 

Qualification / Requirements 

Diploma in Engineering 

Prior experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry preferred 

Mandaring / Malay speaking preferred 

Problem solving skills 

Able to work in a team 

Rotating Shift
