Engineering Administrator

We’re looking for an Engineering Administrator, based in Dumbarton, to ensure accurate document management and compliance within our engineering processes.

What you’ll do:

Data Management: Uploading product data to various systems to ensure component traceability and warranty status.Creation of all unique asset IDs within the business.Ensure all product documentation aligns with Aggreko Standards.Upload and processing all Product Release documentation via Enovia PDM System for products manufactured both internally and externally.Support and govern changes made by the Engineering Team, ensuring all changes receive approval from relevant stakeholders.Creation of parts via M3 MRP systemMaintain asset details throughout the life of the product

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Administration experience in an Engineering environment.Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle repetitive administrative work efficiently.Experience of a PLM system or MRP system is highly desirableHighly organised with excellent document management skills.Ability to ensure compliance and approval processes are followed accurately.
