Responsibilities:
Provide sustaining engineering support to production to improve product cost, first pass yield and cycle timePerform failure analysis and implement CA/PA (A3, 8D, FMEA )Establish statistical process control (SPC) monitoringManufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in productionContinuous improvement with Kaizen activitiesWork closely with R&D to support new process developmentTransfer, install, set up and buyoff the new process & equipmentRequirements:
Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical Engineering or related.Familiar with wire bonding or hot bar or seam sealing process.Familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, etc.Minimum 5 years of process engineering or NPI working experience in MNC manufacturing environment.Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment with people at all levels and multiple sites.Good in spoken and written Chinese and English.Good data analysis and report preparation skillsWilling to participate in calls in multiple time zones for NPI project, and occasional overseas (Thailand) support other siteWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
