We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **RESPONSABILIDADES:** •Asistir al Ingeniero de Calidad a cargo y/ó al Gerente de Calidad, según se le indique. •Supervisar actividades de Auditores de Calidad en Línea y Proceso Final. •Asegurar que la producción se efectúe conforme al Sistema de Calidad de la Planta, reportar No conformancias . •Verificar cumplimiento de pruebas, mediciones y llenado correcto de gráficas de control. •Monitorear el desempeño y eficacia del área a través de la comunicación oportuna de las métricas de calidad / objetivos internos y externos. •Proveer actualizaciones mensuales de métricas del área al Ingeniero de Calidad y el resto del equipo. •Monitorear y Mantener el First Pass Yield y PPMs de proceso de acuerdo a las metas establecidas. •Realizar auditorías de todos los procesos é instrucciones de trabajo en el área asignada. •Asistir en la reducción de rechazos y re-trabajos en el área de producción. •Asistir en proyectos de mejora de calidad y ahorro de costos en el área de la unidad de negocios. •Asistir en la actualización de documentos de planta y entrenamiento. •Generar ( PFMEA, planes de control de proceso y diagramas de flujo • Desempeñar otras funciones relacionadas con el trabajo que le sean asignadas calificaciones. **REQUISITOS:** •Tener por lo menos 6 Meses de Labores en la Planta relacionadas con Calidad del Producto •No tener Reportes Disciplinarios ni Faltas Injustificadas. •Disponibilidad para laborar en diferentes horarios, Auto motivado y dispuesto a trabajar en equipo •Pasante de Carrera de 4 años en Ingeniería Industrial ó Sistemas •Experiencia en el uso de Computadora con programas MS Office •Alto sentido de urgencia •Ingles Conversacional para interactuar con personal de corporativo. • **DESEABLE:** •Experiencia laboral en el área de Calidad •Lectura e Interpretación de Dibujos de Ingeniería •Conocimiento en técnicas de solución de problemas.( 5 Why’s , 8D’s ,Cause & Effect Diagram). •Conocimiento Control estadístico de proceso (X & R Charts, CPK, Control Limits ) •Uso de MINITAB **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
