Engineer - Kitchen
SUMMARY:

It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Engineer/kitchen to make sure all commercial kitchen equipment is functional to meet the needs of the property restaurants and to meet the required Standards of the Health Department. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Repair of plumbing and associated equipment, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.  Must know how to read schematics and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot and repair all types of commercial equipment, must know basic electricity and plumbing.Respond to fire alarmsMust be familiar with various types of glass washers.Must be willing to work holidays and all shifts and jays off are to be determined.Must be willing to work with other shops on various projects.Respond to fire alarms.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum High School diploma3 years’ experience.Minimum age requirement is 21
