The group fosters with a culture of full stack engineering that works on Big Data, Cloud and BI platforms to deliver best in class capabilities across American Express. **Required Qualifications :** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred. * 3 years of experience in Java/Python Backend development. * Strong experience with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.) * Experience working with SpringBoot applications or similar framework * Practical experience with implementation of system integration solutions, such as, Microservices, APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) * Good understanding of modern software engineering practices and tools **Preferred Qualifications :** o Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Data engineering stack like Big Query, Big Table etc. o Understanding and hands-on experience with Shell/ Python scripting. o Understanding of various Software Delivery Lifecycle methodologies particularly SAFe Agile and tools such as Confluence, Rally / Jira. o Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving ability **Qualifications** Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
