**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** Position Summary岗位概要： The VAVE Electrical engineer will work cross-functionally in supporting Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) programs including lab equipment system cost reduction and quality-based product enhancement for existing commercialized products. Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities基本工作职能及责任: 1. Lead and take responsibility of design optimization of VAVE projects and manage the update of PCBA/HLA and electrical component designs to improve quality and cost. 2. Follow the global engineering change process to take the responsibility of electrical component/sub system development including concept, specifications, and feasibility prototype/test. 3. Design and detail electrical components and sub-systems according to specification, including conducting predictive analysis and calculations. 4. Detail Schematics / PCB layout incorporating Design for (mass) Manufacturing and Design for Assembly / Testing requirements. 5. Successfully interact with key group members in Software / Mechanical / system Engineering. 6. Technical support to sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and other cross function departments. 7. Conduct supplier design review and ensure adequacy of supplier part qualification. 8. Participate and lead workshops to build cost reduction business case and funnels. 9. Active participation in multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the supplier transfer process. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation, Physics engineering, Master is preferred. 2. Manufacturing engineer 3+ years. Design engineer experience is preferred. 3. Proficient in Electronics, digital electronics and Microprocessor, high current 4A+ high voltage 30kV, low small signal @ pA level. Familiar with Pads / Altium. Proficient in PLC programming and or firmware programing is a plus. 4. Knowledge of PCB layout, processing, and testing techniques. 5. Experience creating, interpreting, and modifying schematic drawings. 6. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Fluent English in both oral and writing communication. 8. Self-motivated individual, possessed a mature and responsible nature.
