+ Work with the Sales to understand and quantify the customer requirements including participating in pre-sales meetings
+ Work with the Sales to develop appropriate solutions
+ Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP requests
+ Support Project Managers in crafting and defining the technical portions of the final scope of a proposal
+ Research options and request quotes for outsourced components of projects and/or custom products as required
+ Support Applications Engineering to develop the detailed low-level solution and any required documentation (installation and training materials, Remote Commissioning templates, as-builts, submittals, etc…)
+ Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
+ Assists Senior Project Engineers in the conduct of technical studies and preparation of cost estimates.
+ Provide technical support during the pilot implementation and evaluation process; assist in training of field resources
+ Provide advanced on/off-site troubleshooting if the need arises
+ Provide hand over of all support documents and host training to all support groups at middle and final stages of project or new to business solution
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of forms and documents used for Project Services including survey forms, drawings, commissioning forms, etc.
+ Provide education seminars on all products when needed
+ Work with Field Services and contractors as required on the implementation and improvement of projects or new offerings using feedback from those responsible for the field installation and start- up
+ Answer internal and external technical questions, provide advice for potential and current clients, and assist sales teams to create sales strategies based on the Project Engineer’s knowledge of products and services
+ Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
+ Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
+ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
+ Work with manager to log all applications, projects, and new business opportunities, keep in line with Key Performance Indictors
+ Self-manage time and activities and keep in line with Key Performance Indictors
+ Maintain and measure self and proficiency in all products and services that the company offers and all designated third-party products and services. This includes installation, programming, and equipment protocol. Monitor and measure he/she’s overall product knowledge and put in place continuous improvements plans to ensure knowledge growth
+ Assist in delivery of service provisions such as the creation of 3rd party integration files and programming work as may be required in support of existing projects.

+ Write and maintain Work instructions and scope of work for every function following the Project Services Methodologies
+ Manage multiple projects with different business stakeholders at once
+ Provides training to the team and familiar on most of the project engineering skills matrix
+ Point of escalation for technical related concern and Perform Quality Check
+ Maintain self’s proficiency with Cold Chain Products and Services through self-paced learning platform
+ Performs other functions as may be deemed necessary by and needed to deliver the output guided by the company’s vision, mission, and employee policies
