Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries! www.lgenergymi.com Job Summary: The Smart Factory Automation (FA) Engineer will work in a highly automated environment and support the overall layout of ESMI building #1 & #2 and lead the installation project of FA equipment in the ESMI buildings. You will work with production and technology teams to review and finalize the specifications and drawings of the automated process flow equipment including AGVs, stockers, and conveyors, and manage and track the installation progress of the FA equipment. In addition, the FA Part Engineer will not only install the equipment, but also consider the operation and maintenance scenarios during the mass production taking into effect safety, quality, cost, and the efficiency of the newly applied system. The FA Part will oversee the layout of the entire battery manufacturing processes, and manage the flow of the product movement. The FA Part will be sharing the same goal of the Smart Factory Team, building the new “Smart Factory” of the advanced battery manufacturing process.
