Responsibilities:

Install and service HPLC, IC, and GC instruments, ensuring flawless performance and customer happinessSuccessfully implement maintenance and repair protocols for analytical instrumentsDetermine root causes of technical issues and provide timely, effective solutionsCollaborate with diverse teams to ensure outstanding service qualityDevelop commercial revenue in the South1 region by engaging with potential clients and growing our market presence

Requirements:

Engineering graduate with a minimum experience in analytical instrument serviceProven track record in resolving technical challenges effectivelyExcellent communication skills to foster productive collaboration internally and externallyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
