Responsibilities:

Complete independent TEM maintenance and installation tasks in North ChinaContinuously strive to improve tool acceptance processesCommunicate effectively with customers to identify service needs and address difficulties, developing vertical offline campaigns to uncover new service marketing opportunities and innovate revenue streamsCollaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional teams and the commercial team to ensure flawless service delivery

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Material, Electronics, Physics, or ChemistryMinimum of 1+ years of service experience in AIG companiesProven organizational and executive skillsWillingness to travel extensively (over 60%)

Preferred Qualifications:

Operational experience with TEM and SEMProficiency in written and spoken English and MandarinStrong personal communication skills, with the ability to engage and draw support from all levelsEagerness to embrace challenges and the courage to push boundaries
