**Job overview and responsibilities**
As part of the Contact Centers team, this individual closely work with application teams to build & maintain pipelines to ensure applications running smoothly.
+ Proficiency in working with AWS cloud platforms with hands-on experience in services like EC2, S3, SQS,SNS RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation/terraform.
+ Plan for future capacity needs and ensure systems can scale to handle increased traffic or usage.
+ Develop and manage configuration scripts for Amazon hosted infrastructure
+ Work with the development team and management to ensure high availability
+ Experience with site monitoring and log monitoring tools, specifically Datadog/Dynatrace. Build reporting dashboards to assist visibility of cost and stability
+ Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
+ Understanding of systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Experience in automated build pipeline Harness, and continuous integration. Source control, branching, & merging using git
+ Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
+ Continuously improve processes and practices to enhance system reliability and team efficiency
+ Demonstrate an innovative mentality by staying aware of new developments within the technology space and present solutions using new technologies to adapt to provide value to business
+ Work effectively with onshore and business teams
+ Ensure reliability, availability and performance of critical applications.
+ Provide support to teams for alarms and outages on an as-needed basis
+ Coordinates with DevOps, Problem Management, etc escalations to support monitoring.
+ Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to track system health and performance.
+ Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes to prevent future incidents.
+ Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.
