The role involves both technical supervision and contract administration, covering works such as fender systems, under-pipe replacements, and berth inspections. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of procurement procedures and be proficient in using the client’s Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for billing and tracking purposes. **What You'll Do:** + Manage and oversee adhoc civil and structural maintenance works, including: + Fender repair and replacement + Under-pipe support and replacement + Structural and berth inspections + Prepare scope of works, cost estimates, and technical documentation + Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of works + Administer procurement processes including: + Application of Fixed Schedule of Rates (FSOR) + Preparation and verification of Final Bills of Quantities (FBQ) + Evaluation of variation orders and claims + Utilize the client’s EAMS platform for billing, work tracking, and submission of supporting documentation + Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards specific to the port environment + Maintain accurate records of site activities, billing submissions, and contract documentation + Support both engineering and commercial aspects of project execution **What You'll Need:** + Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying + 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in marine, port, or infrastructure maintenance projects + Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, measurement, and contract administration + Familiar with procurement models such as FSOR and FBQ + Experience using asset management or billing systems (EAMS experience is a plus) + Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills + Able to work independently in a fast-paced port environment CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
