Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, other engineers, and Client to deliver projects that meet client specifications and satisfaction. Documentation: Prepare operations and maintenance documents, including BMS schematic, points schedules, and site survey reports Commissioning: Verify software implementation throughout the testing and commissioning process and provide documented evidence of system operations Skills and Qualifications Technical Aspect: Strong understanding of BMS technologies and systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring achievement with timelines and budgets. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the design and implementation phases.
