SRC Inc. is currently seeking an Engineer to support our Engineering team on-base at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The candidate will work closely with our customer the AFRL’s Sensors Directorate Spectrum Warfare systems engineering branch (AFRL/RYWD) in support of the Virtual Combat Laboratory (VCL). What You'll Do Act as Lead Engineer in the VCL to guide the technical direction of the VCL IPTInterface with government customer to ensure mission accomplishmentProvide technical expertise to the IPT to include mentoring, training and advice to the junior engineersDesing experiments and Test Matrices for the VCL Model and Simulation scenariosInterface with VCL customers to decompose requirements and desired test outcomesBrief test reports and explain data analysis of test resultsDevelop scripts to create analysis algorithms and enhance efficiency What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering or other technical degree and 8+ years of relevant experienceExperience with programming languages MATLAB, Python, C, C++, FORTRAN, JMP, SAS, Gitlab, and SupressorExperience writing Technical reports Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; strong interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong written, and oral communication skillsFluent in Microsoft Office toolsKnowledgeable in Linux OSExperience operating in lab facilities between 1 and 4 TRL (test readiness level)Modeling and simulation experience An active TS/SCI clearance is required What Sets Us Apart?
