Job Description

To lead, drive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processes, monitor, control, manage dependencies, resolve, remove impediments, mitigating risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery, overall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders, teams in the new processes, mindsets, adapt Agile frameworks to organisation, standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.

Act as a team buffer, protecting teams from external interference to allow for optimised productivity.Act as servant leader and coach for the ART, drive the ART events and processes and lead the teams in delivering value.Act as the subject matter expert by influencing and coaching the ART (including senior business product owners) on Agile adaption, standardising and documenting practices in order to optimise the flow of value through the ART(s) using various tools.Aggregate team objectives into programme objectives and publish these for visibility and transparencyChair the scrum of scrums(SoS), and as a leader of scrum masters, ensure that teams interact and share cross-team issues and risks by facilitating the SoS.

QualificationsFirst Degree - Information Technology (Required)Post Graduate Degree - Information Studies (Preferred)
 

Additional Information

Experience Required: Delivery Facilitation / Agile Transformation
8-10 years: Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and facilitating Lean-Agile Programme execution in large solution and/or programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework and experience as a scrum master using Kanban software.

8-10 years: Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams.
