Main Responsibilities: 

To provide the expertise in technical feasibilities ofproduct design in regarding of lamination processes To act as a Subject Matter Expert within the development and launch of the leather containing interior components namely: cover-materials like Leather, PVC, Alcantara, Dinamica, fabric, etc. and soft-components pattern developing, nesting and material utilization pre-treatment methods of plastic carriers, especially with Polypropylene (PP) adhesives and their application methods prefixing methods of cover and carrier into lamination process SupportYF quote process with regards to feasibility, labour, tool & equipment invest Apply Core Manufacturing Process (CMP) Provide Manufacturing Feasibility Analysis (DFA/DFM) and support PFMEA on new products Apply industrial engineering methods to determine labour requirements (MTM) Provide production process and assembly sequencing (process flow chart & VSM) for new programs  Provide data to perform cost analysis of product and processalternatives (investments and assembly time), actively strives for best cost solutions. Support process, tool & equipment specifications according YF standards and make recommendationsregarding HSE improvements. Monitor and steer production equipment build at suppliers within timing, functionality and budget  Prove equipment capability & R@R performanceaccording quote assumptions Work with SD-Teams to complete product launches Monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant Reports on EIC deliverables
