Engineer, Global Quality Non-Volatile Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance Returned Material Authorization

Global Quality (GQ) Non-Volatile Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Team analyzes customer returns and works towards continuous improvement of production quality.
It is if you want to be an FA engineer who is a self-starter and thrives in an independent and dynamic work environment! FA engineering inquiring about this position should be experienced in all aspects of analyzing the returned memory product from customer, identifying the failing root cause and improvement actions. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be passionate about doing analysis and solving customer issues.

Responsibilities:Be responsible for performing system level failure analysis of customer returned products. You will identify the failure mode and summarize your analysis. You will provide status updates and written FA diagnostic reports.Required to maintain technical knowledge of product capabilities and characteristics and train others.Serve as a technical resource for customer facing engineers and provide training and consultation when necessary. May also face customers directly during meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:Being familiar with memory product is helpful.Ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions.High level of proficiency with both verbal and written English skills.Good communication, documentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.Able to work flexible hours. Willing to take short business travel.

Education and Experience:Electronic engineering, Microelectronics or related field engineering background with bachelor’s degree or above.With 1 year experience in Failure Analysis or Storage Industry.
