Key Responsibilities**Maintain and Optimize Equipment:** Ensure the flawless operation of PVD equipment by conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and improve performance.**Process Development:** Work with process engineers to develop and enhance PVD processes, following industry standards.**Data Analysis:** Apply advanced data analytics to monitor equipment performance, determine root causes of issues, and successfully implement corrective actions.**Project Management:** Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to implement world-class solutions that improve equipment reliability and efficiency.**Training and Support:** Provide technical training and support to operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe and effective use of PVD equipment.**Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to compete in the global market by improving equipment performance and reducing costs.Required Qualifications**Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.**Experience:** Proven experience (3+ years) in PVD equipment maintenance and process development within the semiconductor or related industry.**Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of PVD technology, equipment troubleshooting, and repair techniques.**Analytical Skills:** Remarkable data analysis and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of determining root causes and implementing effective solutions.**Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.**Initiative:** Highly motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.**Certifications:** Relevant certifications in equipment maintenance or process engineering.**Software Proficiency:** Familiarity with equipment management software and data analysis tools.**Language Skills:** Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, though not required.
