The position will report to Sr Manager, Acoustics

What You Will Do

Responsible for sound and acoustic and ANC architecture design of consumer product, responsible for sound quality and ANC performance of consumer product.Define acoustic requirement, develop acoustic concept and specification, interact with related functions as required.Work with supplier and cross function to review the headphone design proposal and evaluate the feasibility.Arrange product architecture validation before tooling start.Lead new platform/technology evaluation and drive new technology implementations.Conduct acoustic verification and sound approval.Responsible for assisting suppliers with acoustics design help.Help sound quality engineer for sound quality control.Assist manager to improve sound development process.

What You Need

5+ year’s acoustics background experience.Strong knowledge of speaker relative components and system tuning.Understand analog, digital and microprocessor circuit fundamentals.Experience using soundcheck, Audio Precision test system and programing knowledge.Able to read schematics, drawings and other forms of documentation.Experience working with vendors and Contract Manufacturers.Experience working with overseas companies in Europe and the US.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Good experience about production line level manufacture, assembly and test system.
