Introduction to the team

The Engagement Support Specialist works with the International Tax and Tax Specialty operations and administrative teams to provide support during the pre-engagement process to ensure client agreement and engagement setup activities are completed timely and accurately. Supporting the pre-engagement process includes drafting client agreements, data entry into our CRM system, and support for the new client acceptance process all while meeting target response times. Engagement setup activities may vary but help ready the engagement teams to start their work. Individuals in this role are expected to be flexible while working through multiple tasks simultaneously and able to shift directions to stay in line with business needs.

Responsibilities:

Helps draft, edit, and proofread client agreement documentsAssists with pre-engagement activities, which may include CRM data entry, new client acceptance and setup, engagement code setup, and Pfx binder setupProactively tracks pre-engagement activity progress from client agreement drafting, through the signature process, to engagement setupServes as point of contact to help the client service team identify the correct client agreement templateOther special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum of 1yearof related experience required; experience in quality assurance/quality control role or equivalent preferredStrong English grammar and spellingAbility to comprehend or learn technical information related to Consulting services and firm processesHighly proficient proofreading abilityStrong project management and organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)Attention to detail, logic, and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others and follow-up with outstanding requestsStrong interpersonal and decision-making skillsExperience working in IT, consulting, or audit preferredAdobe Acrobat Professional experience a plusAbility to travel as needed, approximately 5%
