Create program and policy that will increase employee retention and overall engagement. Establish, administer, evaluate, promote, and support employee engagement opportunities within Treasury. This position will also support Treasury recruiting initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline for the department, while maintaining and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. This position is responsible for initiating, building, and maintaining relationships within all areas of Treasury as well as with various external customers. This position will have direct and indirect contact with the general public through various initiatives. Qualifying experience is counted post bachelor's degree . Departmental Analyst 9 No specific type or amount is required. Departmental Analyst 10 One year of professional experience. Departmental Analyst P11 Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service. Departmental Analyst 12 Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service. This position is eligible to work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and must work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
